About Bill Malhi
I build systems for people who carry a lot.
Before Vitalis, my life sat between two demanding worlds.
By day, I worked in high-pressure IT and leadership environments — managing complex projects, deadlines and people under pressure.
Outside work, I trained and competed in strength sport, including strongman and national-level powerlifting. I qualified for British and Single-Lifts Championships in the BPU, competing in the 90kg and 100kg Masters classes.
On paper, it looked disciplined. Behind the scenes, the cost was building: stress, poor sleep, caffeine, overtraining, digestive strain and a nervous system that rarely felt switched off.
Vitalis came from that tension — the gap between performance and long-term vitality.

How I see my role
I am not here to be your guru, and I am not pretending to have all the answers.
My role with Vitalis is to translate complex health and performance principles into clear, usable education — so you can better understand your own system and make more grounded choices.
Vitalis is designed to help you:
- See how sleep, energy, digestion, stress and recovery may be connected
- Find a clearer starting point
- Build foundations that fit real life
- Work with your body rather than constantly pushing through it
A quick but important note
Everything in the Vitalis ecosystem — including the Scorecard, Assessment, 7-Day Reset, manuals and future guides — is educational.
It is designed to help you think more clearly about your own sleep, energy, digestion, stress, recovery, training, nutrition and spiritual practice.
It is not:
- A medical diagnosis
- A prescription
- A treatment plan
- A substitute for personalised advice from a qualified healthcare professional
Always:
- Speak with your doctor or relevant practitioner before making changes to medication, major supplements or training
- Work within the recommendations of your own medical team
- Treat Vitalis resources as educational support, not medical care
Experience
- Competed in regional strongman events
- Competed at national level powerlifting
- Qualified for British and Single-Lifts Championships in the BPU
- Competed in the 90kg and 100kg Masters classes
- Broke the British Deadlift record for his class
- Years in high-stress IT and leadership roles
What Vitalis stands for
Vitalis is built on clarity, responsibility and respect for the whole system — not quick fixes, hype or unnecessary complexity.
Whole-System Thinking
Sleep, energy, digestion, stress and recovery are connected. Vitalis helps you look at the pattern, not just the isolated symptom.
Grounded Practice
The work is practical, structured and realistic for real life — especially for people carrying work, family, training and pressure.
Clean Vitality
The aim is not stimulation or short-term intensity. It is steadier energy, better rhythm and a more resilient foundation.
Personal Responsibility
Vitalis gives you a map and a language for your system. It does not replace your doctor, therapist or medical team.
Start with the Scorecard.
If you are not feeling like yourself and want a clearer place to begin, start with the free Depleted System Scorecard.
It will help you reflect on sleep, energy, digestion, stress and recovery — and see where your system may be asking for support.
